The hubs & daughter made snowflakes one night while I was in class. He used a template from this site to create a Darth Vader snowflake. Cheery, huh? But it's actually quite well done.
It was Presley's first time using her safety scissors at home. In her excitement, she just hacked away at the white paper. Maybe next year.
I used celery and apples to create a healthy Christmas tree snack. You'll see why something healthy and fresh was necessary if you keep reading.
Presley's teachers each received antibacterial foam soap from Bath & Body Works. I'm frustrated because I deleted the pin that had the link to where I got these "We Wash You a Merry Christmas" printables and can't find them on the Internet anywhere now. I'd love to know where they came from so I can give credit where credit is due. If you know, please leave a comment.
We had a cupcake decorating play date at The Candy Bar Malt Shop. So much fun...And so much sugar.
We completed the Christmas tree handprint art that's been so popular.
And then I let her paint on her own ornaments. She went for an abstract.
And yesterday we attended a "gingerbread" (i.e. graham cracker) house making play date. It was my first time making a candy house, and mine fell down pretty quickly. No harm done as Miss P just wanted to eat the candy part anyway.
