Review: Healthy-fied Mini Cheesecakes

It all starts with a craving. And then caloric guilt sets in. So I was happy to stumble upon A Taste Of Home's Strawberry Cheesecake Minis, which slims down an original version of cheesecake. And because it's "mini" (a full cupcake size), I can portion control too.
