My bff and fabulous sisters threw a sprinkle last weekend for future Baby Addie and me. A "sprinkle" is like a shower but for the 2nd, 3rd, etc kid. You're not so much "showering" with gifts but simply "sprinkling" the mom-to-be with a few items that need to either be replaced from the last kiddo like diapers or pacifiers or items to just for the new kid like a few new outfits or something personalized. That way consecutive kids have meaningful photos and personal items for their memory books, too.
I felt lots of love, and it was super meaningful that these ladies all have lots going on in their lives but still took time to host this sprinkle. So when I saw this printable, I immediately thought of them. So this is what I gave my beautiful, loving hostesses.
The printables are from Joy's Hope. I printed them as 5x7s at Staples on card stock.
The frames are from Hobby Lobby. Got them on sale for 50% off! I love how they're all the same but different.
The gift tags are also from Hobby Lobby. They are actually personalized vinyl stickers that the girls can reuse.
Of course, each gift had a personalized note inside as well.
Don't you just want to open these up?
Also, remember this chore list? I wasn't doing a great job at keeping up with them - must need a new list - so I reused the frame you see in that post and made one of these for myself as well. :) With all that's going on - school for both G & me, new baby, a few side jobs, the toddler, etc. - it's easy to get worn down and grumpy. I figured having this verse in plain view around the house will remind me to keep choosing joy and showing love. I am blessed with these things, not burdened.
