Thought I'd drop in to explain why I haven't been blogging lately.
Two little feet, ten little toes,
Leave their impressions today.
Soon they will wear two little shoes,
And be running and jumping at play.
Two little feet, too little time,
Before they are walking to school,
Kicking a rock, or skipping a rope,
Wading a puddle or jumping a pool.
Two little feet, One little child,
Will soon go their own way,
But footprints in my mind recall,
They stood here yesterday.
Addilyn Faith was born March 28th. She's 1 day and 6 days old in these pictures.
Her big sister is so proud and loving.
She's been in our lives for 3 weeks already, and although we're all quite tired, she's a perfect addition and fits in seamlessly.
We have been blessed with love, visits, gifts, and meals from our family, church, play date group, and other loved ones. My heart cannot be more full.
So my projects and creative blog posts are put on hold for awhile while I tend to more important matters for now.
